Here's my first actionable tip! It's called the "Date to Meditate" Meditation.
It's a super easy way to get meditation in your routine.
Before you go to sleep, think of today's date. Then take that many deep, relaxing breaths.
For sample, if it's the 8th of the month, take a deeeep breath, and in your mind say "8."
Then take another deeeep breath, and in your mind say "7"
Repeat until you get to zero.
It's your "Date to Meditate"
And so tomorrow night, you will take a deeeep breath, and in your mind say "9" (or whatever the date is).
And repeat until you get to zero.
Sometimes you might fall asleep before you get to zero, but hey, that's okay too - we all need solid rest!
